In the regulation of the Minister of Public Works number: 13/PRT/M/2011 On the procedure of maintenance and assessment of the road explained that the road organizers must develop a road maintenance plan. One way to support road management is to present road damage level information based on Geographic Information System (GIS) that will facilitate monitoring or determining the intensity of road management. This research aims to determine the condition of road labour that is based on the geographic information system on the class 3A collector Road in Sukodono Sub District, Sidoarjo Regency using Bina Marga method and PCI method. By combining the results of the analysis of PCI methods and Bina Marga Geographic Information system that is produced will contain information on road pavement condition and selection of its maintenance methods. On the road collector 3A in Sukodono Sub-district, Sidoarjo which has a road length of 5.200 m and a width of 7 m there are 8 types of road damage, namely crocodile cracks, ambles, side cracks, elongated and transverse cracks, patches, holes, Sungkur, and the release of aggregate with damage level Variety, ranging from low, medium, and hight. For the percentage of conditions, the road surface of the PCI method acquired 15% bad, while the results of the Bina Marga method obtained the average overall priority value of 7.02 which indicates the selection of maintenance programs ie routine maintenance.
