Abstract

The labor force plays a key and important role in the social economic development of the country. Over the past two years, due to the impact of the Covid -19 pandemics on Vietnam’s economy, the labor market has been hit the hardest due to the lack of professional qualifications and flexibility in adapting to the changing environment. In this article, willing analyze the current situation and proposing solution for sustainable development for the labor market in Vietnam.
