Last Message From our Provider
The manual checks by our technicians are still ongoing. The majority of servers that required manual inspection have already been checked and are back online. For the few remaining affected servers, the checks will continue over the next few hours. We expect all services to be fully restored by 11:30 am CET.
What You Should Do
There is nothing we can do until the provider restores access to the server.
Please note that we have two live replicas of all data on backup servers. These servers are functioning well.
