The International Conference for Training and Organizational Development (TOD’26) serves as a premier international, peer-reviewed platform designed to bridge theoretical innovation with real-world industrial application. Understanding and driving this shift is vital for navigating technological disruption, fostering institutional agility, and securing long-term economic growth. To address these critical challenges, we invite scholars, researchers, industry experts, and doctoral students to submit original research papers, case studies, and methodological frameworks. Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

· Abstracts: Initial submission of abstracts (maximum 300 words) summarizing the research objectives, methodology, and key findings.
