Driving Skill Shift: Competency and Innovation for Sustainable Organizational Development
About the Conference
Rapid technological advancements, the integration of artificial intelligence, and shifting economic models are fundamentally changing the global workplace. To navigate this evolution successfully, organizations must ground their workforce strategies in solid, empirical research. The International Conference for Training and Organizational Development (TOD’26) serves as a premier international, peer-reviewed platform designed to bridge theoretical innovation with real-world industrial application. At the center of this workplace transformation is the "skill shift"—the essential transition from traditional labor models to dynamic, technology-driven competencies. Understanding and driving this shift is vital for navigating technological disruption, fostering institutional agility, and securing long-term economic growth. By aligning human capital capabilities with continuous innovation, organizations can bridge the gap between educational outputs and modern industry demands, ultimately creating resilient workforce ecosystems. To address these critical challenges, we invite scholars, researchers, industry experts, and doctoral students to submit original research papers, case studies, and methodological frameworks. TOD'26 seeks actionable insights and sustainable solutions to guide the global skill shift and enhance institutional resilience.
