In addition to its stand-alone annual conference, the Society for the Metaphysics of Science has often hosted group sessions at the American Philosophical Association divisional meetings.

Submission Guidelines

The following paper categories are welcome:

• 400-700 word blinded abstracts

List of Topics

• Emergence in physical and/or computational systems
• Other topics in metaphysics of science will also be considered

Venue

The session will be afilliated to the American Philosophical Association January 2025 Eastern Division Meeting in New York City. All presenters must be registered for and physically present at the meeting.
