SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Peer Review: Strict Double-Blind process (initial PDFs must be anonymous).
Language: All manuscripts must be written in ENGLISH.
Format: Standard IEEE double-column template.
Length: Up to 6 pages included in the fee (Max 8 pages with extra charge).
