Submission Guidelines
All SPACE 2024 submissions must be original and not simultaneously submitted to or published in another journal or conference. Submission to SPACE will imply the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper in the conference. SPACE 2024 follows a strict double-blind policy: all submissions must be anonymous, with no author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or obvious references. Submissions must be written in English, should strictly follow the LNCS format, and should be at most 20 pages (including the bibliography but excluding clearly marked appendices).
Authors should consult Springer's Instructions for Authors of Proceedings and use either the LaTeX or the Word templates provided on the authors' page for the preparation of their papers. Author guidelines, as well as Latex and Word templates are available at conference proceedings guidelines. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. Springer's LaTeX templates are also available in Overleaf. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.
