About the Conference

The National Conference on Recent Advancements in Electronics & Communication (NCRAEC2026) will be held on September 11–12, 2026 at United Institute of Technology Prayagraj, sponsored by AKTU, Lucknow.

It provides a platform for students, researchers, academicians, and industry experts to present and discuss innovative research in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering.

The conference covers major areas such as VLSI, communication systems, IoT, AI/ML, antennas, RF and microwave engineering, satellite communication, optical systems, and image processing. It promotes knowledge sharing, research collaboration, and innovation through paper presentations and expert keynote talks.

Submission Guidelines

Submission Guidelines

1. Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers related to the conference tracks in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering.

2. All manuscripts must be prepared in IEEE conference paper format and submitted in MS Word or PDF format.

3. Papers should clearly describe the research problem, methodology, results, and conclusions.

4. The similarity index of the submitted paper must be less than 10% with zero AI-generated content.

5. All submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process by experts in the relevant research area. Acceptance of papers will be based on originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance to the conference theme.

6. Authors must ensure that the submitted work has not been published or submitted elsewhere for publication.

7. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper in online or offline mode.

8. The preferred mode of presentation is offline. Online presentation may be permitted only under special circumstances with prior approval from the organizing committee.

9. Accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings. Selected papers may also be considered for publication in the Scientific Culture Journal (Scopus Indexed), subject to publisher approval.

10. Authors should submit their full manuscript through EasyChair.
