Submission Guidelines
We invite professionals, researchers, and students to submit their work to the poster session at MexIHC 2026. Posters provide an excellent opportunity for academics and professionals to receive valuable feedback on early-stage work and discuss potential collaborations. Posters should present work in progress, preliminary results, small-scale studies, promising scientific and technological advances, demonstrations of technical tools, etc. Contributions will be displayed during a session at the MexIHC 2026 conference. Papers submitted in this category may be written in English or Spanish (title and abstract in English).
Authors wishing to submit a paper must:
- Adhere to the official AmexIHC journal format (maximum of 4 pages).
- Accepted papers will be published in the AMexIHC journal “Advances in Human-Computer Interaction.”
- We invite you to read the Accessibility Guidelines for Authors.
The proposal submitted must be original. It cannot be under simultaneous review for publication at another conference or in another journal, nor can it have been published elsewhere. Please also ensure that the references in your proposal are accurate and complete.
Review Process
Papers will be reviewed anonymously by peer reviewers who are members of the MexIHC 2026 program committee. Submissions will be evaluated based on their originality, significance to the field, technical accuracy, and presentation. The poster session coordinators will send display instructions to the authors of accepted papers.
