About the Book
We are inviting book chapter submissions for the upcoming edited volume titled "Legal Governance of Agentic AI and Autonomous Agents: Regulating the Future of Work," published by Routledge (Taylor & Francis Group). The book targets Scopus indexing (Indexing is decided after publication).
Concept Note
This edited volume examines the rapid rise of agentic AI and autonomous agents in workplace settings and the urgent legal, regulatory, ethical, and socio-economic questions they raise1. Moving beyond general AI regulation, the book focuses specifically on legal governance—liability, employment law, constitutional and human rights implications, data governance, IP issues, and sectoral regulation (healthcare, finance, manufacturing, education, public administration, transport, legal profession, etc.) The volume combines rigorous legal analysis with interdisciplinary perspectives and practical policy recommendations for regulators, practitioners, and organizations navigating the transition to agentic workplaces.
