Computer vision is widely used in many fields, with the ultimate goal of enabling machines to understand the world like humans, laying the foundation for the development of the artificial intelligence industry. Deep learning is a form of artificial intelligence, based on the development and improvement of deep neural networks, and has continuously achieved outstanding results in the field of computer vision research.
The 3rd IEEE International Conference on Deep Learning and Computer Vision (IEEE DLCV 2026) will be held in Hangzhou, China, from June 6 to 8, 2026. Hosted by the IEEE China Council and Hangzhou Dianzi University, the conference is co-organized by University of Jinan and the AC Academic Platform. Focusing on the cutting-edge research of computer vision and deep learning, this conference aims to provide an international platform for experts, scholars, engineers and researchers in the industry to share scientific research results and cutting-edge technologies, discuss the key issues and challenges faced by the development of this field, and promote the collaborative development of disciplinary results and industry. Please prepare your paper in accordance with the following requirements: (1) The paper must be an original full-English manuscript. It shall meet the requirements of scientific and technological papers as a whole; the abstract, keywords and conclusion sections must reflect the conference theme; it shall include methods, figures/tables, experimental data and results, and possess academic or practical promotion value. The paper must not have been published in any domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences. The use of AI tools for writing, translation or polishing is prohibited.(2) Independently use Grammarly to polish the paper to ensure the fluency of sentences, accuracy of expression and clarity of logic.(3) The paper shall be formatted in double columns, with the main text content filling at least 4 pages.(4) Authors may conduct similarity checks via CrossRef; the overall repetition rate (including references) must not exceed 25%. Otherwise, the author shall bear full responsibility for rejection resulting from excessive repetition rate.

Review comments or acceptance notices will be sent within 7–15 working days after submission.

If your paper is accepted, we will notify you via email, and you will receive the following documents:Acceptance Notice, Review Comments Form, Registration Guidelines, Conference Registration Form.

Please complete registration within 5 working days after receiving the Acceptance Notice, and upload the final version of the paper, Registration Form, Similarity Check Report, Remittance Voucher, and student ID photo (for student registration) to the submission system. If you need to extend the registration deadline due to special circumstances, please inform the Organizing Committee in a timely manner.

Publication Information
Submissions to IEEE DLCV 2026 will undergo peer review by 2–3 experts from the Organizing Committee. Accepted papers that complete registration will be published as part of the conference proceedings, submitted to IEEE Xplore, and indexed in the EI Compendex and Scopus databases. Papers accepted in previous editions have been successfully indexed.
