All submissions must present original, unpublished work that has not been previously published or simultaneously submitted to another journal, conference, or workshop. Manuscripts should be written in English and clearly describe the objectives, methodology, results, and significance of the research.

IDTHN 2026 welcomes submissions in the following categories:

Full Papers

Full papers should present original research, innovative methodologies, practical applications, or comprehensive case studies related to digital transformation in healthcare and nursing. Accepted full papers will be presented orally during the conference and considered for publication opportunities, subject to the conference and publisher's editorial policies.

• Length: 6–12 pages
• Presentation: Oral Presentation (12–15 minutes)
• Review Process: Double-blind peer review

Short Papers

Short papers should report preliminary research findings, work-in-progress, novel ideas, pilot studies, or emerging technologies with significant potential for future development.

• Length: 4–6 pages
• Presentation: Oral Presentation (10–12 minutes)
• Review Process: Double-blind peer review

Poster Papers

Poster submissions are intended for early-stage research, innovative concepts, practical implementations, student projects, or industrial applications. Accepted posters will be displayed during the poster session, providing opportunities for discussion and networking.

• Length: 2–4 pages (extended abstract)
• Presentation: Poster Presentation
• Review Process: Double-blind peer review
