In recent years, the field of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics Research has undergone remarkable advancements and innovations. The integration of advanced materials, control systems, and computing technologies has enhanced mechanical engineering and led to the development of new manufacturing processes, robotics, and automation systems. Robotics applications have expanded to include healthcare, construction, agriculture, and transportation. The interdisciplinary nature of this field has also led to the emergence of new research areas, such as biomechanics, nanomechanics, and soft robotics.
2025 the 9th International Conference on Mechanical Engineering and Robotics Research (ICMERR) will be held in Barcelona, Spain from January 15 to 17, 2025. It's sponsored by Southwest University, technically co-sponsored by University of Crete, hosted by AGH University of Science and Technology under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering and co-hosted by Warsaw University of Technology under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering. INTECO is patron. ICMERR aims to be one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of mechanical engineering and robotics. The conference seeks to bring together experts from academia, industry, and government to promote interdisciplinary collaborations and facilitate the development of innovative solutions to real-world problems. ICMERR also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving mechanical engineering and robotics techniques.

Full Paper Submission
Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by the conference scientific committees and accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings.
Abstract Submission
To encourage discussion of late-breaking results or for work that is not sufficiently mature for a full paper, we will accept abstract submission. These submissions will NOT be included in the Conference Proceedings for publication. Accepted abstracts will be presented orally at the conference.
Submission Method
Authors are kindly invited to submit full papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers in .PDF format will be accepted via the submission system: http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icmerr2025
Paper Formatting
Submitted papers must be formatted according to the Word Template | LaTeX Template in order to get published into the Conference Proceedings. Full papers should be with at least 4 pages after formatting.
Abstract Template is available for authors who don't plan to publish your papers but only intend to make oral presentations.
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing.

Publication
Submitted paper after being strictly reviewed by organizing committee, accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted for index by Ei Compendex and Scopus. The authors of the papers will be invited to participate in ICMERR 2025 to display their research results.
A few selected papers with extended verision will be published in the International Journal of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics Research (IJMERR) and indexed by Scopus, CNKI, Google Scholar, Crossref, etc.
