Energy Informatics.Academy Conference 2024 (EI.A 2024) invites global academics and industry professionals to submit their groundbreaking research, innovative developments, and transformative projects in the multidisciplinary field of energy informatics. Please seize this opportunity to share your work, engage in stimulating discussions with peers and industry experts, and contribute to the advancement of energy informatics!
This year, EI.A 2024 is co-hosted with the Summer School in Energy Informatics 2024 (21-22 October), and co-located with ICITEE 2024, CITEE 2024, and iBioMed 2024.
Submission Guidelines
Paper types
- Full papers (12-15 pages excluding references)
- Short papers (6-11 pages including references)
- Abstract papers (not exceeding 2 pages including references)
The paper submissions must follow the LNCS formatting guidelines.
All papers are reviewed using a single-blind review process
All submissions* will undergo a thorough peer-review process by a panel of at least three experts.
* Please note that the abstract papers will be reviewed by the PC chairs.

Publication
The accepted and presented papers** will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) proceedings volume.
Additionally, all accepted authors will be invited to submit an extended version in a fast track of the Springer Open Access Journal - Energy Informatics.
** Please note that the abstract papers will not be included in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) EI.A 2024 proceedings volumes, but will be made available on the conference webpage.
Registration fees
350 euros for the first paper presentation
