To foster regional cartographic conferences in Asia, we (co-organizers) are pleased to initiate the first RCC in Asia, namely Asian Cartographic Conference (AsiaCarto). The AsiaCarto plans to follow the success of ICA regional Cartographic conferences (RCC) in North America (AutoCarto) and in Europe (EuroCarto), and the region will include Asia countries, Australia, and New Zealand.
The AsiaCarto 2024 aims to bring together Cartographers and GI scientists and those working in related disciplines to offer a platform for discussion, exchange and stimulation of research and joined projects on Cartography and GIScience, not only in physical space, but also in virtual space such as metaverse.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Abstract (200 - 300 words) or Extended abstract (800 - 1200 words)
- Full paper (TBD)
