Welcome to the official website of the International Conference on Innovations of Intelligent Informatics, Networking, and Cybersecurity (3INC 2025) which will be hosted by the College of Information Technology at University of Babylon in Iraq. 3INC 2025 is an international conference that aims to present the latest research related to new trends in the information technology fields to identify prospects and solutions for the development of these important sectors whilst contributing towards building an informatics society worldwide.
3INC 2025 brings together researchers, practitioners, and students across intelligent informatics, networking, and cybersecurity. Expect cutting-edge research in AI, machine learning, big data, IoT, cloud computing, blockchain, and more, alongside discussions on privacy, security threats, and ethical considerations.
Submission Guidelines
All papers submitted to the conference must present original, unpublished research results either through experimentation or theory. Such submissions must not be under consideration for publishing elsewhere and should satisfy the mentioned criteria.
Full paper submissions will undergo peer-review by at least three members of the international scientific committee and be evaluated according to several factors such as originality, content relevance to conference theme objectives, readability, and others.
Our conference format comprises between 12-15 pages (including the abstract, figures, tables, and references), where a page constitutes 300-400 words. Submitted papers must be written in English.
Manuscripts should be typed double-spaced. A font size of 12 points (Times New Roman) text is preferred. Manuscripts should be written a clear language. Page numbers should be located on the bottom-center of every page of the manuscript. The title should be centered at the top of page 1 of the manuscript. Capitalize the first letter of all words. The title should be followed by the author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and address(es) and e-mail.
Structure of manuscripts
A detailed guide to authors is given below. The manuscripts submitted should be in accordance with these guidelines.
Title
It must be concise and informative. Avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible.
Author names and affiliations

Abstract
The abstract should be clear and include an objective description of the contents and the major significant findings of the article. The abstract should be structured (aim/background, methods, results, and conclusion) (150 - 250 words).
Keywords
At the end of the abstract, list 5 - 7 keywords that best describe the manuscript.
Introduction
It should reflect a brief background of the research and the purpose of its initiation with some related works.
Materials and Methods
A clear description of relevant literature should be included here. The original reference is required for all.
Results and Discussion
Extensive discussion of proposal work and discussion of results shown here.
Conclusions
The conclusions are important.

If necessary.
Conflict of Interest
A conflict of interest exists when judgment regarding the research is influenced by factors such as financial gain or personal relationships. All authors are required to disclose any financial, personal or other associations that may influence or be perceived to influence, their work.
Ethics
The corresponding author hereby confirms that ethics were considered for this research and that the article is original, and its contents are unpublished. The co-author has read and approved the manuscript for submission.
Citations
Citations should be referenced in the text as "[1]". Citations are numbered in the order in which they appear in the text. We recommend using Mendeley or Zotero free reference manager.
References
The references should be in IEEE style and numbered and appear in the order of appearance in the text.
Tables
Should be organized similar to the text, so that the table can be read without turning the page sideways (if possible). Large tables should be avoided. Each table should have a brief and self-explanatory title.
Plagiarism
All submitted manuscripts are checked for plagiarism by Turnitin system (online plagiarism detection software) and must pass any issue that occurs regarding plagiarism and similarities. Manuscripts must be of scientific value and must not have been published elsewhere.

Manuscript’s similarity should not exceed 15%, and not exceed 5% for single-source overlap.
Fees
It's our pleasure to announce that authors of accepted papers should pay only 250,000 Dinar Iraqi to cover the publication fees. (Free for International)

It is planned to publish the proceedings with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science CCIS series(final approval pending)
